Refund
Subject to certain conditions (date of purchase, condition of use) a refund is possible.
We are always very careful so it doesn’t happen, but if it happens, I will contact the post office, ask you for proofs and give you a refund.

Shipping & Returns
Since I shipped the order successfully, the post is responsible, ask for a refund, I refuse to take full responsibility.

Payment
We only accept PayPal, Twint, CC (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers and cash. For Twins, verify that you put the right number, and, I’ve a limit and can’t receive over 100.- a month.
